A Game for Everyday Aliveness

Moai is a real-life game designed to help you feel more alive—every day.
Played through WhatsApp, Moai transforms your daily routine into meaningful, playful activities that support your mind, body, and spirit. It’s not just a wellness app. It’s a rhythm, a lifestyle, and a community.

Inspired by ancient rituals and powered by behavioral science, Moai blends timeless practices with modern technology to spark small, intentional actions—like a walk at sunset, a moment of stillness, or a playful act of kindness. Each action earns you points, unlocks rewards, and brings you closer to your most vibrant self.

Whether you’re playing solo or in a group, Moai is built to reconnect you with what matters: your body, your breath, your people, your purpose.

How Do You Play?

Moai is a game you play via text chat, using one of your everyday messaging apps (At the moment, it's WhatsApp only).

Each day, you’ll receive one simple activity designed to move your body, lift your mood, or shift your mindset.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Get Your Daily Card
You’ll receive a Moai card on WhatsApp—tailored to your mood, location, or time of day.
    It could be something like:
💬 “Send a voice note to someone you miss.”
🚶‍♀️ “Take a walk without your phone.”
🍋 “Add something sour to your breakfast.”

  2. Do the Activity in Real Life
Each card is designed to spark presence, play, or reflection—no scrolling, no pressure.

  3. Send Proof, Earn Points
Snap a quick photo, record a voice note, or send a short text showing what you did.
You earn points for every card you complete.

Example Card: Animal Love Moment

Today’s Activity:
“Spend a moment connecting with an animal. It could be a stray cat, your dog, a bird outside your window, or even a childhood stuffed animal. Send us proof of your moment.”

📸 User Submissions:

  • A selfie with a street cat in Cihangir

  • A short video of a dog-walking break

  • A voice note whispering to a bird on the balcony

  • A photo of someone hugging their old teddy bear

🌀 Why It Matters:
Moments of connection with animals are shown to lower cortisol and increase oxytocin—boosting calm, joy, and empathy.
